I couldnt be happier. The glasses turned up in about 12 days and they were exactly what I had ordered. The best news is that I got a full refund from my health fund. I wear hi-index, multifocal transitions lenses with an anti-glare coating and have never got anywhere near a full refund when purchasing glasses from an optomotrist. |

Very happy with the Product
Delivery was very fast. Just under three weeks. I ordered High index mineral glasses and although my research told me they are heavy, the spectacles are still lighter they weigh 35g compared to the the glasses come from Japan spectacles a shop in Perth sold me for a lot of money.
I chose these lenses because of the superior visual quality. The plastic lenses might be a little lighter but have issues with Chromatic aberration.
So all in all Im very satisfied with the product |

Thanks for the glasses. when I embarked on this , I was hesitant not having ordered somethin like glasses from the internet. I now realise that I made two mistakes 1. The bridge is too narrow, should have been 20.and 2. I should have ordered distance and reading , rather then reading and computer, as I cannot see afar with these.
I am not sure if there is anything that can be done other then order another pair of glasses.
On the whole, I have found the web site to be easy to use, and always easier after the first time.

I originally ordered reading glasses and received distance glasses which are very nice and was able to keep them - then I again ordered reading glasses which are also to my liking - the service was prompt and I was adequately compensated for AusSpecs error. In future I will be brave and go out there and try something totally different when I need new specs from you again, and will let my friends know about you great glasses. |

What a great service you provide! I received the glasses I ordered from you within 2 weeks and have been telling everyone I meet about your service. I plan to order a pair of tinted prescription glasses from your magnificent company some time in future.
